Cold

The end is near. I have never experienced a colder Hong Kong in my life. Not many people can bear the temperature at such without a good heater. I could not sleep at night when the only one heater was operated inside my dad's room. Shivered and trembled, I never managed to sleep in the night.

My mum, who had to get out of her bed to bath her legs in hot water, told me it was actually harsh for everyone in this condition.

So it was reasonable to let the kids to stay at home and skip the class?

Run for a reason

I have been training so frequently on running that I almost forgot why I run.

I have been longing to get back to the field where I find the joy in my life, with football and friends. We might not always win, but we played with fun.

But now that I have resumed my capability to play, I have lost the friends to play with me. Because of work or anything else, no one is there for me.

I have lost the most important cause to run. Now I run, run for no where.

After all these years, the ghost finally left.

She says, she met her boyfriend when she was doing running practice on the track.

What a story to tell. What a boring story to tell.

I used to try to have company when I do running. The merits are you wont feel alone and you can talk whatever you like.

But then I realize running should be a solo game. Different people have different paces. Nothing should alter your pace, not the traffic lights, your opponents or the tempo of the music you listen to.

I am a solo man afterwards, and I will continue to do it all alone.
